I will visit and tour the areas needing attention, discuss your overall goals and then I will make recommendations while I am there that will allow you to complete the work on your own. A $200 design fee minimum for a two hour consultation.

Have you gone through the experience of home renovation in the past? Maybe you enjoy DYI projects, but you need a few ideas to get you started. Living Solutions can go with you through the design process and allow you to implement the ideas on your own or with my help if needed. 

After learning about what areas need attention, I can provide you everything from space plans for renovation, furniture plans, finish selections, lighting, window treatments and furniture recommendations. You can then implement the ideas as your time and budget allows.

Are you considering a complete kitchen or bathroom renovation? Maybe your home needs either a partial or complete refresh.  Living Solutions can work with you to provide a complete design package. I can provide multiple resources to complete the job, provide quotes and be there for you and the contractors through the entire design process. 

An Investment property sometimes needs a lot of work. The process can be overwhelming and costly, but it doesn't have to be!
